- CRM attribution information (information about how an inquiry reached us).

- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, used for form handling, attribution, customer communications, and workflow automation;
- IONOS — our business email provider, if applicable to a given communication.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, session replay software, or advertising-retargeting pixels on the Site.
Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to the service providers listed above so they can help us operate our business and respond to your inquiries. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, some of these disclosures could be considered "sharing" under California law; we do not make a blanket claim that no sharing of any kind occurs, and we encourage you to contact us with any questions about a specific disclosure.
Your Privacy Choices
Optional CRM and Analytics tracking is disabled by default on this Site and only activates if you affirmatively accept it. You can review or change your selection at any time by clicking "Privacy Choices" in the footer of any page. Withdrawing consent stops future optional collection going forward, but does not automatically erase information that was already processed while your prior consent was in effect.
Information Submitted Through Forms
When you voluntarily submit a catering request or other form, the information you enter must be processed in order for us to respond to your inquiry — this occurs regardless of your CRM and Analytics preference, because it is necessary to fulfill the request you initiated. Service communications needed to respond to your inquiry are separate from optional marketing communications, which require your separate consent as described below.
Text Messaging & Email Communications
We only send text messages if you have separately checked the SMS consent checkbox on our catering form, which is optional and is not required to submit a catering inquiry or to make a purchase. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, or by requesting help by replying HELP, and you can opt out of emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.
California Privacy Rights
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, California residents may have certain rights regarding their personal information, which may include the right to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We do not represent that Tacos El Paco is subject to every provision of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA); applicability depends on statutory thresholds. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, such as responding to your inquiry, maintaining business records, and complying with legal obligations. We do not promise deletion on a specific fixed timeline beyond what we follow operationally.
