Tacos El Paco started in 2022 — not as a business plan, but as a promise. A son wanted to build something for his parents. Something that honored their hands, their recipes, and the flavors of the home they came from.

Today, those same hands still shape the tortillas. The same family still serves Tracy the tacos we grew up eating — al pastor with real adobo, carne asada seared hot and fast, quesabirria rich with consommé. No shortcuts. No compromise. Made by people who mean it.
